Driller Control Rooms

We engineer, design and manufacture A60 or A0 fire rated Driller Control Rooms, which are generally self-supported, painted carbon steel or stainless steel structures, built as a skid with a suitable lifting arrangement, and generally designed to rest on anti-vibration pads.

Each Driller Control Room is designed as the center of the drilling processes on the rig and is fitted with advanced Operator Stations. It provides space for operators in seated, comfortable workplaces and instrumentation for the main drilling equipment.

ROV Control Rooms

Our experience in producing Remote Operating Vehicle (ROV) Control Rooms enables us to provide quality solutions to our clients. Our ROV Control Rooms are amongst the highest specified and most robust made anywhere and guaranteed to work worldwide.

Specialist Services ROV Control Rooms are built in compliance with global standards for hazardous area operation. All units produced are custom made with bespoke designs inline with project-specific needs and certified by any Third Party Surveyor in line with your requirements.

Mudlogging Modules

Designed to optimize workspace efficiency with a separate geological and laboratory area, our Mudlogging Modules can be outfitted and modified to perform any number of laboratory functions to suit your specific requirements. We have in stock a range of A60 Offshore Mudlogging Modules of 27ft and 30ft.

Units are available in ATEX Zone I and II, and IECEx, and feature a sink and/or a fume hood, a large sample preparation area, and storage for chemicals, trays, glassware and other sample related items. The geologist and operator work area are supplied with electrical outlets, network connections ports and data display monitors.

Non-Rated Office Modules

We also provide 20ft Non-Rated Office Modules, compliant with CSC and CE Marked. The units can be outfitted and modified in line with your project requirements, including a flexible worktop and internal layout options.

The units feature easy access for all serviceable equipment, a window and an escape hatch, 2 split type duty/standby AUH inline A/C system developed by Specialist Services, and 19” computer racks are installed as standard.

Workshop Modules

Designed specifically to provide working space and storage solutions system for workshop machinery and tools, our rental fleet has a full range of Workshop Modules available for deployment to project sites worldwide.

Our Workshop Modules are certified for Zone I operation, are supplied with a steel workbench complete with a vice, as well as a specially designed storage rack and tool hanger to provide an efficient, well organized and secure tool storage system.

Custom-built solutions are available, and rental fleet can be modified in order to meet the specific criteria for each individual project.

Accommodation Modules

All of our certified offshore Accommodation Modules are designed to provide longevity and low maintenance service in the most demanding locations while meeting the necessary safety requirements for offshore use. Our accommodation units are A60, ABS, USCG, DNV 2.7-1 and CSC certified and come in various footprints for 20ft, 33ft, and 42ft options. However, we pride ourselves in our flexibility to provide other size solutions where required.

Our modular rental fleet has a range of A60 Offshore modules capable of supporting 1 to 12 beds per module. These can be rented as single units or as a complete complex solution. Internal fit-outs can be designed to meet client requirements and can also include bathroom facilities, galley, diner, laundry, recreation, office, etc.

Flex 33 & Flex 42 Accommodation Modules

Experience luxury living offshore with the new FLEX 33 and FLEX 42 Accommodation Modules. These unique accommodation solutions provide you with flexible bed space from 3 to 12 beds. Each module offers linkable capabilities, 2 to 3 bedrooms, and en-suite wet room per room.

The staterooms have individual bedside lighting, a desk space with chair, convenient lockers and storage drawers, an IMO approved en-suite wet room with a spacious shower cabin and LED lighting. Each bed includes an individual LCD TV (Option) with CAT 6, HDMI, USB and audio connectivity. USB ports are also available for mobile phone charging, as well as network sockets with Wi-Fi options for each room.

ABS Compliant

FLEX 33 and FLEX 42 modules are already compliant with the stringent ABS code and can be installed on all ABS-classed vessels worldwide. This new generation of flexible and reliable modules will keep your personnel comfortable and safe in all global locations.

With easy ‘plug & play’ hook-up and integrated corridors, FLEX 33 can be hired as single units or as a complete complex, with the central corridor easily linking the units. In line with ABS and other international certification and safety requirements, the modules can be stacked up to 4 levels on floating installations and on a fixed platform.
